An unfortunate part of owning a wedding floral business is the non-ending cycle of PAPERWORK. Alllll those tedious (in my opinion hahaha) tasks like writing quotes, replying to emails, adjusting proposals, creating contracts, placing wholesale orders, updating website galleries, batching social media content, brainstorming marketing, and on and on!
This episode walks you through a typical example of how I schedule out all of these tasks and incorporate them into my typical wedding week schedule. We talk about what I prioritize and how to stay on top of the current weddings, booking weddings, and upcoming weddings!
