We typically book weddings 9-18 months in advance

Before we meet, you should have a date and venue secured, as well as a planner if you are using one.

You should also have a general idea of your wedding day priorities, and how you want the atmosphere of your wedding to feel.

An estimated guest count is helpful.

We will work together to iron out all of the details!

For our 2026 season, the wedding order minimum is $4,000. Prices are custom quoted because there is much room for variation. If you would describe your vision as:

beautiful designs, covering all of the most popular areas without tons of extras or large focals, you may spend between 4,500-6,000

slightly more detailed or lush, covering the basic needs with some additional accent pieces and a focal area, possibly a larger wedding party or guest count, you may spend between 6,000-8,000 *this is our most popular range*

all the bases covered with hanging installations or other elaborate setup, lush pieces throughout with a larger wedding party, possibly a larger guest count, rental add ons or elevated centerpieces, you may spend $8,000+

Yes! We like to keep things flexible because we know that a lot can change from the day of our initial consultation to the wedding day! As long as your order is kept above our yearly minimum, you can adjust items as needed any time up until the final balance is paid and final order is confirmed 1 month before your wedding date.

This is totally up to you, we do not require a final meeting!

We will connect to confirm any final adjustments about 6-8 weeks before the wedding. Once the last changes are made, we will send you a final order to confirm the items and balance, along with some information about delivery and vendor details.

If you prefer to meet up again, we certainly can, but if you have enough on your plate with the wedding just 30 or 40 days away, it is not necessary. Let us know what works best for you!

We currently accept cash and check for the retainer fee and the balance. If this is an issue let us know and we can talk about other options!

We serve all over Western New York, including the city of Buffalo, the surrounding Northtowns and Southtowns, Ellicottville, and into the Rochester and Finger lakes areas.

Open to travel based on location and availibility.
